Job Description
- Receiving customer inquiries and responding to all their questions.
- Handling customer complaints and providing prompt responses regarding these complaints.
- Discussing with the sales manager to find suitable and quick solutions for addressing complaints.
- Sending price quotations to customers.
- Issuing sales orders based on the quotations approved by the customer.
- Coordinating with the procurement and warehouse departments to ensure the availability of items required in the sales order and following up on the execution of sales orders until delivery to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction post-delivery.
- Arranging the daily movement schedule concerning the sales team and following up on collections in coordination with the movement officer.
- General filing of correspondence with customers.
- Daily updating of the sales team's achievements.
- Preparing a monthly report on customer complaint follow-ups and reasons for returns.
