Job Description
Objectives of this Role:
Ensure having a smooth recruitment cycle starting from receiving the needs of hiring managers to screening and filling the vacancies.
Form a close relationship with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Create recruitment Ads to be shared on LinkedIn.
Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates to be passed to the technical interview.
Coordinate & schedule technical interviews with hiring managers.
Assign all the scheduled interviews & data on the recruitment tracker.
Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Suggest solutions & new ideas to help in creating a smooth recruitment cycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
(2-4) years of experience.
Bachelor's degree holder from any reputable university.
CBI certified is preferred.
Being confident, dynamic, and detail oriented.
Working smoothly with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Fluent in English & Arabic
Excellent Microsoft Office User
