Job Description
A well known company specialized in pharmaceutical chemicals located in Gisr al Suez is looking to hire "AP Accountant"
Job Responsibilities:
-Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
-Performing a cost accumulation tasks with regard to the local and imported products and services provided by the company according to professional costing standards.
-Issuing a monthly report on the rise and fall of COGS and reporting on periodic variances and their causes.
-Review and process Invoices and check requests.
-Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
-Reconciliation of payment and prepare varies accounting analysis.
-Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
-Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records.
-Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payable.
