Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet their targets, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, communicating with potential clients, and closing sales deals.
• Location : Heliopolis.
• 3+ years of experience as a team leader role in the real estate industry. (preferably brokerage)
• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Team management skills to lead and motivate sales professionals to achieve their targets.
• Customer service skills to provide exceptional service to clients and maintain long-term relationships.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate sales strategies and negotiate deals.
• Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a must.(preferably brokerage)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or related field.
