Job Description **Job Title: Sales & Business Development Manager**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth and enhance our market position within the legal industry. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives that promote our services, build client relationships, and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and sales within a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Strategy Development:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

2. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional services.
- Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach and networking initiatives.

3. **Proposal Development:**
- Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with practice groups to tailor offerings based on client needs and market demands.

4. **Marketing Initiatives:**
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and promote our services.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and generate leads.

5. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

6. **Team Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to align business development efforts with the firm’s strategic goals.
- Provide training and support to team members on business development best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of [5] years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its unique business development challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
