Job Description
• Creating a New Customer Base
- Evaluating sales opportunities for potential customers and identifying their future needs.
- Agreeing with new customers on payment, delivery systems, and pricing in accordance with company policy.
- Periodically following up with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working to increase sales volume in accordance with the annual sales plan.
- Following up on collections from customers.
- Registering clients in the computerized work system.
- Preparing an annual sales plan in agreement with the sales manager.
- Responding to customer complaints and promptly intervening to provide solutions.
- Submitting the required sales reports on a monthly and periodic basis.
