Job Description
• Confirm the quality assurance of the final product exported or product for the local market.
• Discussing the diversification of product sources by including new suppliers.
• Managing the day-to-day work of the Q.C. Lab Manager.
• Ensure the ability of new suppliers to produce before sending any samples by making visits to production sites and to be attached to the sample form, which includes chemical and volumetric analyzes of the required product, and in the absence of a product conforming to the customer's requirements, the closest to the required specifications is processed and noted in the sample form.
• Work to reach the best price for supply (on its land with its proximity to the port of shipping) .
• Examine the specifications received from customers and respond with the possibility of implementing them or alternatives.
• Preparing the samples required by the project manager and attaching them to the packaging form and placing the excess quantities in the place designated for them to be transferred to the storage place every 10 days.
• View the specifications required for customers and production and analysis are carried out according to customer requirements.
• Follow up the quality of the product at the sites and ensure the implementation of the production plan in coordination with the production department in terms of quality, and stop any production steps that lead to the difference in the agreed quality and modify its course and this is done during the process of raw or product crushing or product loading.
• Work to improve and develop quality procedures with quality orients and reduce the expenses of analysis of samples.
• Follow up the analysis of all shipments and samples with SGS and other laboratories.
• Review the analysis received fromSGS and other laboratories .
• Follow up the reports received from quality and production officials.
• Setting appropriate standards for analysis methods to ensure conformity of the final product
• Providing technical support to the commercial department with regard to customer requests.
• Coordination with the project manager in all of the above and the implementation of the tasks assigned to it by the project manager in relation to all the above work .
• Follow up the vacations of the employees of the quality department and review the sheet every 3 months.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
