Job Description
Assists with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Implements new hire orientation, by scheduling meetings for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first day experience.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource activities including but not limited to leave, maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper, receiving the requested papers from the new hires, ensure that all the papers are ready for the social insurance procedures and medical insurance after the probation period.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Maintains compliance with local employment laws ( for the three offices) and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by receiving cv, screening, phone calls and managing the appointments for the interviews.
Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Gather sand analyses data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Enhances job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks, benefits and organizing team building activities.
Coordinates employee satisfaction/ engagement surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience.
Assists and develops employee relations practices to foster a positive employer-employee relations.
Coordinates with the people manager to develop the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Suggests strategies to motivate employees.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Performs other duties as assigned.
