Review contracts drafted by other parties in order to maintain minimum risks to company. Draft all correspondences necessary for the Projects to preserve company rights. Provide advice regarding interpretation of contract terms and conditions to company departments for clarification. Assist contracts section manager in preparation and assessment of EOT and cost claims. Prepare internal weekly reports necessary for follow up and monitoring.
