Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conducts the jobs belong to shop & production department with high performance.
2. Commands and coordinates employees of department of shop & production to finish the mission by required date with high quality and low cost.
3. Coordinates the relevant departments to meet the mission of the department of shop and production.
4. Establishes and execute the developing plan of department of shop and production.
5. Trains employees to meet the requirement of mission for now and the future.
6. Executes the mission from superior leader.
7. Execute the job by following company policy.
8. Execute the job by following ethical principles?
9. Plan to increase productivity of shop floor.
10. Plan to improve equipment and machines are used by Production team.
11. Close co-ordinate with Planning and control to meet target dates for orders.
Competencies:
1. Communicate with people by professional, excellent language and skills.
2. Excellent knowledge in product, machine, equipment and manufacturing processes.
3. Management and leadership ability should be good.
4. Executive ability should be good.
5. IT ability of relevant job should be good or available.
Education/Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of experience of production of rotating electrical apparatus is preferable
