Job Description
Develop job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with department managers to fill vacancies and support the hiring
process from offer letters to contract signing.
• Conduct new hire orientations and manage all onboarding processes.
• Handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and completing
necessary paperwork.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and workplace
issues.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement efforts.
• Assist with performance evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
• Work with managers to implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when
necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts and
personal files.
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Manage benefits enrollment processes and assist employees with benefits-related
inquiries.
• Administer social insurance programs, ensuring timely registration and
deregistration of employees.
• Maintain accurate records of social insurance contributions and benefits.
• Stay updated with changes in social insurance regulations to ensure company
compliance.
• Oversee the administration of employee medical insurance plans.
• Assist employees with claims processing, coverage questions, and resolving any
issues.
• Liaise with insurance providers to ensure optimal services for employees.
• Coordinate employee training programs and professional development
opportunities.
• Identify skill gaps and collaborate with management to address training needs.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and
initiatives.• Support the HR team in special projects, such as employee surveys and policy
updates.
• Processing company payroll
• Handle travel bookings for employees, including flights, accommodations, and
transportation.
• Manage visa applications and work permits, ensuring compliance with
international travel regulations.
• Assist employees with visa processing and provide guidance on required
documentation.
