Job Description
• Commissioning and startup of pumps, motors, sensors, control panels, VFDs, soft starters, etc.
• Troubleshooting + hands-on repair of same a/m products with the assistance of service technician • Proactive maintenance visits and condition monitoring (vibration, thermal imaging, etc.).
• Site inspection and root cause analysis for failures and warranty judgement.
• Perform Laser alignment for horizontal, vertical pumps and other turbomachines.
• Perform Ultrasonic flowrate measurement on all types of piping.
• Pump performance testing and characteristic curve validation comparing site results to pump datasheet.
• Attendance at the workshop to supervise Our company repairs/rewinding of motors whenever needed. • Execute Energy Audits properly onsite using Our company Energy Audit Kit.
• Handle customers calls and complaints related to field service whenever needed.
• Prepare all types of reports after jobs completion and send to customers.
• Supervise the existing technician and guide him in all work aspects.
• Build a service team within 1~2 years
