• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GM’s office, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records in an organized system.
• Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, memos, and reports for the GM.
• Ensure all documents are properly filed, archived, and easily accessible when needed.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items as required.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications for the GM, ensuring timely responses or appropriate forwarding.
• Greet visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct person or department, while maintaining a professional environment.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are ordered and available when needed.
• Provide support in organizing the GM’s calendar by confirming appointments, meetings, and deadlines.
• Alert the GM to upcoming meetings making sure all necessary arrangements are in place.
• Perform general office tasks such as sorting mail, filing, organizing meetings, and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Qualifications.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a similar field.
• Graduation from a language school
