Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Mid-Level Sales Representative to join our new Interior Design department. This role will focus on generating new business through a variety of channels, including cold calling, developing partnerships with new communities, and collaborating with handover departments for new projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, a strong work ethic, and a passion for interior design.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using provided data lists.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs and preferences.
• Present and explain our interior design services and value proposition.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Develop and manage partnerships with new residential communities and developers.
• Build strong relationships with handover departments for new projects to generate leads.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.
