🎓 Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
710 years of hands-on experience in site work and project execution
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Previous experience in residential or mixed-use developments is preferred
