Job Description
Record and review all daily accounting journal entries.
Prepare bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
Monitor customer accounts and installment payments for units.
Follow up on supplier and contractor accounts and approve due payments.
Prepare tax returns, including Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax, and other tax filings.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
Monitor petty cash, cash treasury, and cash flow movements.
Review sales and reservation contracts and reconcile them with accounting records.
Prepare trial balances and perform periodic account closing procedures.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
