Job Description
1- Developing the work plan from the management point of view.
2- Determining the long-term and short-term strategic objectives of the production department to achieve the company's strategy.
3- Preparing the department’s reports on a daily basis (quality reports - production reports……).
4- Communicate and coordinate daily with the dyeing outlets.
5- Coordinating with the procurement team regarding urgent tasks and discussing incoming problems.
6- Coordinating directly with the financial department to activate reviews with suppliers in case of disbursement or deposit.
7- Inspect the materials and received fabrics to ensure their development and quality.
8- Follow up with the quality control team to avoid defects in products.
9- Follow up the relationship between quality and production monitors in the department and between official factories and suppliers.
10- Contracting with new suppliers who are suitable for the company’s policy and agreeing with them on work mechanisms.
11- Evaluate the performance of suppliers according to shipping dates, price, quality and all work-related matters.
12- Providing factories with technical ideas to avoid problems and find solutions, if any.
13- Studying and classifying all categories (men, women and children), whether seasonal, regular or fixed.
14- Communicate with the purchasing department officials regarding problems related to production management.
15 - Study the situation of costs and depreciation.
16- Granting approvals for developing product samples and tracking the production process.
17- Assignment of quality controllers to inspect and inspect, then my two parties will carry out the final examination of the products to ensure their quality.
18- Communicate with branch managers to coordinate shipping and delivery operations to receive goods.
19- Monitoring the movement of prices in the markets and the variables to keep pace with the sustainable know-how of raw materials and accessories and others.
20- Performing any other work requested by his manager in a way that does not conflict with his main basic duties.
21- Monitoring the performance of the work team, implementing the development plan, and directing them to improve their performance.
22- Ensuring that the employees he supervises are aware of the tasks, responsibilities, procedures and policies.
23- Work to solve any problem faced by the employees under his supervision.
