Job Description
1 -HR duties: support in the Social Insurance( such as hiring & retirement process, employment, compensation and benefit, employee movements, employee relations, and disciplinary proceedings.) & Medical insurance( Vacations & Renew medical booklets), Labor office duties, and Work Permit offices.
2 - Develop and execute internal policies, liaise with medical and life insurance companies, and participate in annual labor contract renewals.
3 -Organize & follow Monthly services contracts & consumption payments , In charge of service providers, price negotiations, and expatriate accommodations, as well as ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
4 - Ensure all operational licenses and permits are up-to-date and provide administration support.
