Job Description
1- Reviewing the strategic plans of the department and the marketing cases of the department.
2- Working with the production manager for development, implementation and operation.
3- Develop a seasonal production plan according to a specific period of time and a specific production rate.
4- Determining and providing the raw materials used for the consumption rate.
5- Determining samples and receiving them from suppliers and ensuring their compliance in terms of materials, sizes and quality.
6- Providing the necessary factories for implementation and price negotiations.
7- Contracting with suppliers according to the technical conditions of the product.
8- The supplier delivers a special operating order for each model, with specifications, quantities and prices.
9- Reviewing and following up the production stages with suppliers and quality officials.
10- handover The quality officer a copy of the operating order to start visiting the factories.
11- Issuing an actual operating order in which the date of production, delivery and actual consumption of raw materials is recorded.
12- Follow up on warehouse receipts
13- ensure that the production stages of the models are completed with the specified specifications and quantities.
14- Performing any other work requested by the production manager in a way that does not conflict with his main basic tasks.
15- Monitoring the performance of the work team, implementing the development plan, and directing them to improve their performance.
16- Ensuring that the employees he supervises are aware of the tasks, responsibilities, procedures and policies.
17- Work to solve any problem faced by the employees under his supervision.
