Job Description:
Generating invoices and account statements
Performing account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
Assisting in general financial management and analyst
Responsible for the collection process identify overdue payments, contact customers with due amounts and arrange with them payment
methods.
Record and process accounts receivables and incoming collections in
compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Responsible for the payments and refunds process.
Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues.
Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of billing procedures and different collection methods.
Has knowledge in the ERP system preferable.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
