Job Description
•Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
•Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
•Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
•Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
•Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
•Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
•Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
•Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
•Perform cost-¬benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
•Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
•Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
•Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
•Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback.
