' Job Profile Faculty Engineering Job Field Planning & Cost Control Section Head Job Title Planning & cost control section head Employment Type Full Time Rank Requested Senior Gender Male Location Egypt City Cairo Residence Down Town Salary 32000-42000  / month Transportation Not available   / month Benefits Social Insurance, Health Care Working hours From 09 am To 06 pm Days off Friday & Saturday   Requirments Age From 35   To 47 Year(s) Spoken Languages Arabic -- Excellent English -- Excellent Computer Skills word,excel, powerpoint, outlook Translation very good   Years of experience Min 10   Max 12 Year(s) Car Not Required Woman's Veild Not Required Job Description -Study Contractual Documents for each running project. -Set up, plan, prepare & get approval on project's baseline schedule, based on the contractual data for new projects. -Monitor updated schedules and cash flow curves (cost dashboards) showing actual progress with analysing areas of weakness and put methods for recovery, if any. -prepare delay analysis reports for the whole project or for an area/ phase & prepare variance reports. -Attend meetings in sites regarding planning, finance & contractual issues, if needed. -Prepare summary schedles & cash flow analysis for under tender projects. -Prepare yearly cash flow status for all running projects (Cash in/out - Revenue- Gross profit). - Monitor & Control overall cash flow analysis with estimate to complete (ETC) & estimate at completion (EAC) for each project. -Monitoring update of cost control sheets projects. Monitoring invoicing status for all projects. - Demand & Review revised BOQ for the project. - Analysis comparison between budgetery & actual costs for purchase orders / contracts & provide notifications for future expected against / losses. -Prepare contractual letter, if needed. -prepare / review claims & participate in claims negotiations Experience: -10-12 years experience in same field (MEP projects is preferred) -BSc degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Civil Engineering from reputable University -PMP Certificate is a must -PSP certificate preferred professional using of scheduling tool is a must (Primavera, MS Projects,...) -Fluent English Language Practicing -FIDIC contracts practicing is preferred   Apply Now ?
