Job Title : Senior Marketing / CRM Executive Department
•Department : Sales
•Reports To : Business Development Manager
•Approved by : CEO
•Role:
•Marketing executives aim to maximize profits through developing marketing strategies by Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
•Accountabilities:
• Overseeing and developing marketing tools
• Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define target customer/segments
• Handle website creation and development according to company growth
• Develop and update company profile according to company vision and mission
• Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information to give sales directions
• Organizing events by coordination with sales department
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal communication with in the company departments and management through CRM system
• Monitoring performance and effectiveness through ERP system
• Managing company existence on social media.
• Attend related events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions to build market awareness
• Create marketing plan
• Build an archiving system to reach the ISO certificate
• Create semiannual marketing report to board members
• Create customer questionnaires in order to reach the maximum level of customer satisfaction
•Core competencies
• 3- 6 years Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Creativity and commercial awareness
• BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
