Job Description • Identify, evaluate and establish partnership relations following the company strategic guidelines for new digital content partnerships. • Increase the profitability of the organization through new partnerships. • Manage and maintain onboarding with partners. 1. Build new partnerships based on Company strategic guidelines and predefined communication rules for Digital Distribution Platforms. o Prospect in the market for possible Content Creators according to the requirements. o Create healthy communication and negotiation for onboarding new partners to the company. o Provide the suitable recommendations to the Sales Team for packaging branded content agreements. o Producing regular reports on the market including content providers activity and content market intelligence (by region /genre / type of content). o Identify market opportunities while providing strategies on how to capitalize and red-flag on market while providing strategies to counter reactions. o Maintain a database of Content Creators, with full personal and professional details to be used for Marketing and promotional purposes. o Execute exclusive agreements for content creators ensuring well-negotiated barters and deals. 2. Constantly Identify and asses new partnership opportunities following the defined procedures. 3. Prepare comprehensive assessment reports and business cases and present them to the company management for approval. 4. Negotiate business terms and contracts. Job-Specific Competencies required to successfully perform the job 1. Educated to degree level preferably within a digital media or music environment. 2. Highly creative and full of ideas. 3. Work cross functionally with teams such as communications, business development and sales. 4. Bright, self-motivated and driven. 5. 3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage third party (vendor) relationships. 6. High attention to detail. 7. Excellent follow up and reporting skills. 8. Exceptional problem solving skills. 9. Organized, quick and efficient with excellent ability to meet tight deadlines. 10. Understanding initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities in the media space. 11. Reacts quickly to change with a positive eye on opportunities. 12. Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and externally. 13. Strong analytical and negotiating/closing skills.
