Job Description
1-Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one.
2- Using different channel to contact customers via email, telephone, management referrals, social network and outside visit to open sales leads. Schedule meetings, Make presentation and site visits.
3- Achieve assigned sales target.
4- Follow up with customers on open leads and update its status daily.
5- Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents and disbursement of fund.
6- Prepares reports that show sales activities on daily basis
7- Negotiate with customer concerning contract terms and method of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
8- Representing the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions and conferences.
9- Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior in a mature professional business manner when representing the company
10- Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements and budget while accompanying them to the site when requested
