Engineer / Chemist Quality Control Supervisor Setting Annually, Monthly, and Daily quality sampling plan upon production plan for all production sections and ensuring effectiveness of application. Performing data analysis of daily check-ups (Quality Lab Tests) for in-process production strengths and dimensions according to OUR COMPANY Quality standards. Ensuring the consistency of lead content check-up process on incoming materials using EDX machine by coordination with Logistics, Warehouse, Production, and Local purchasing departments. Follow-up and Review of daily and monthly check sheets for all production sections. Reviewing and reporting of internal claims issued by quality operator and setting corrective actions and ensuring its results with production department coordination. Analysis and problem solving of customer claims (External claims), visit the customer for further analysis, handling third party testing, preparing technical reports, and setting the corrective and preventive actions with coordination with sales and production departments. Preparation of monthly, and annually quality reports, ex: " Production performance report - Scrap report - External and Internal Claims report - EDX Data report", and registration of external claims on FGQMC and CWFS. Preparation of data and reports and attendance of periodical QC TV conferences. Preparation of data, reports, and presentations needed for EMEA QC activities. Update quality test methods and product specification sheets upon notifications from QEM center in Japan . Train quality & production operators on new OUR COMPANY test methods and standards Ensure participation of OUR COMPANY Egypt in all quality related activities and surveys with in the given deadlines; i.e "Global unified test activity by OUR COMPANY Japan" Plan, Schedule and perform quality audits periodically to ensure the implementation of OUR COMPANY quality standards Quality Assurance Job description Setting the annual quality objectives and targets, and update OUR COMPANY Egypt quality policy along with new introduced quality definitions from QEM in Japan.
